Hello, I’m Erin an Independent HR Consultant supporting SMEs without in house HR who still want access to experienced, commercially minded HR leadership when they need it. I partner with businesses committed to building compliant, respectful workplaces and focused on achieving real, measurable results.

Not every business wants permanent or full time HR. Sometimes you need short term, specialist support to deliver a specific outcome. Other times, you need an experienced HR partner embedded in your business on a part time basis, to review, strengthen, stabilise, and progress your people function.

We start with a scheduled discussion to understand your business, people challenges, and immediate priorities. Together, we define whether you need project based or fractional HR support along with clear goals, outcomes and timeframes.

​You’ll receive a clear, upfront proposal outlining scope, pricing, deliverables, and duration. Whether project based or fractional support, everything is defined from the outset no surprises and no hidden costs.

3. Delivery and Implementation

I either manage projects from start to finish or embed remotely in a part time HR Manager capacity, partnering with leaders to deliver key initiatives, manage priorities, and provide practical HR leadership in line with Australian employment requirements.

4. Handover and Next Steps

At the end of the engagement, you’re left with clear documentation, processes, and a practical handover. You can continue managing internally, extend the embedded arrangement if needed, or re engage for future projects. Support remains flexible as your business evolves.
